Make checks payable to Information Today, Inc. in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
Cancellations will be accepted no later than August 10, 2012. Full refunds minus a $100 processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until August 10, 2012. Please indicate the name and title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference.
